Hi,
There are some good methods to make hair grow.
1st of all stop using different chemical products for your hair, because they can damage your hair but cannot strengthened
them,

2ndly use the natural things to make your hair healthy because they work & hence cannot damage your hair.

Method no.1:
Daily apply oil of musturd or olive or coconut oil,
you will definately feel the difference.Or before washing your hair
always apply oil, even it is for 1 hours only.

Method no.2:
Take out the yolk or yellow portion of egg, seperate it from white part, mix the yellow part with 3 table spoon of olive or musturd oil,mix it well with the 3-4 drops of lemon.now apply on hair, leave it for 3 hours.you will feel the difference & if you keep on using this method for once a week only, you feel your hair will be strenghtened, more lively & silky, will grow too.

Method no.3:
take yogurt mix it with musturd oil & apply it for 1-2 hours only ,your hair will be shiny, silky & healthier.
try out these methods inshallah(if ALLAH wants),you will feel the difference, don't worry now & do let me know then.

plz remember me in your prayers then,tc
bye

take "Brewer's Yeast" pills. They are very rich in vitamin B and essential in hair growth. You must find them at your chemist's. The Brewer's Yeast is a side product of brewing beer but doesn't contain any toxines or alcohol, it's really useful. You should also comb your hair, massagin your scalp with natural material comb like wood, for example. Tenderly, so you don't scratch scalp, but massage it. You can massage it with your fingers, that will allow blood flow more freely in your head skin and provide cells with necessary vitamins and nutrition (cause as you know cells get that from blood). When you do the final rinse after hair wash, do it with cool water. That'll also stimulate blood flow in scalp skin. I suppose these are the main things. eat a lot of protein (eggwhites, brocolli etc.) Fish oild and omega 3 is also good for hair and nails. You can get it in capsules sho you shouldn't feel the taste, it's not too delicious :)

Your hair grows at the same rate regardless of what you do to it, but you can so things to keep it healthy so that you can retain length, keeping the hair trimmed will keep it from breaking or splitting, therefor retaining length, massaging or stimulating the scalp regularly will keep your scalp healthy, keeping good blood flow is actually one of the best ways to grow strong and healthy hair, if you have any scalp issues that may be why you hair isn't growing as well as you would like.

layers!! i got my hair layered and it grew quicker. but i didnt layer it from my scalp down only like 4 in. above my ends was were i started my layers.. when you get layers it takes out most of ur split ends and since ur split ends are mostly on the outter layers the layers takes them off and when you brush it u wont get as many split ends with layers as u would with ur hair all the same length, when its the same length by the time the brush gets towards the ends your hair can get tangled there and then when u pull the brush down it causes the knot to get tighter which helps create split ends.. i layered mine n it worked really good for me.

Jelly is great for the growth of hair and nails, which are made of the same substance. Sugar free jello can be eaten every day to boost hair growth!

Get shampoos and conditioners for your hair type. Treatments are very good. Cut split ends. Stop applying heat products. Try vitamins that promote healthy hair, skin and nails. They are very good.

you did not specify what ethnic group you are, that would be easier to give advice, but you can keep it clean and avoid using a lot og chemicals such as relaxers, hair colour etc. find a good conditioner and use it at least once a week, treat your hair like you treat your face, love it.
