Liver and bacon patties - 4 slices cooked bacon,1ob. sliced beef liver, 1 onion, 1 egg beaten, 1 tsp.salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1 to 1 1/2 cups crushed Wheaties. Grind together bacon liver onion, add egg salt and pepper and mix well. Shape into 6 patties & coat with wheaties. Brown in hot fat. Why? Because maybe you can fool the kids into eating it.
Pork chops - Get the pork chops cut double thick with a pocket on the bone sit and stuff the pocket with bread stuffing. Why? Because almost everyone loves stuffing. Leg of mutton -roast it. Why, because I don't know any other way. Brisket - Brisket is tough so it should be boiled with seasons of your choice for 3 hr. Why, to make it tender. Corned beef - Boil corned beef and cabbage with onions, carots potatoes for 3 hours. Why, one pot for entire dinner to wash.

with the exception of the pork everthing is tough meat which requires low and slow. Pork is not tough per se but he absense of fat makes it a candidate for toughness and thin chops are only good for stir frys

The only thing on your list that I know how to cook is pork chops. I usually boil them in a pan then take them out put them on a cookie sheet and dump cream of mushroom soup over them with onions and bake for a half hour. It is delicious if you like onions and cream of mushroom soup.

Lately mine has been going back and forth between 16-17%...but I believe it's on slow downward trend because a few months ago it was around 19-20%...by the end of the year I hope to be at 1-2%. When it goes to a negative number, that will be my clue to move on..

both are roughly the same except when it comes to protein. MOST veggies include a reasonable amount of protein; fresh fruit does not.
