The thing about wine is that you need the bacteria that causes fermentation...the easiest way to get this to buy a bottle of wine and save a few drops in the bottom. So, when the bottle is almost totally gone, add some of your favorite juice to the bottle, in a week or two it will be wine. That's that. Best wishes

Buy a kit from a homebrew store. They will sell grape extract (not grape juice!) in cans. You can make the real deal and they give you everything you need. Here are a couple of links...
