Well, it isn't. But I think that you mean that it is always darker than the rest of the body. And this is most likely to draw attention to it, a womans parts are usually darker and more coloured than the rest of her skin. This is just the nature of this area of the body. Best wishes

Did you happen to think that it might be because of your skin tone? Look if you are that worried about the pigmentaion of your skin go and see a specialist, but your probably worried about nothing.
