No difference but you need to consider if the milk is whole, lite, skim, soy or lactose free. These are the contributors to value whether milk is fatty or not. Calories may differ also as well as fat values.

No, think about it this way. Has anything been added or removed from the milk, NO. If anything hasn't been added or removed then the fat content can't have been changed.
