He is just quiet. Should i ask him? Will he ever propose marriage?
If so, How will i know?

MAYBE HE DOES NOT WANT TO MARRY YOU OR AT LEAST NOT YET!!!
AND YOU DON'T WANT A HUSBAND WHO WAS FORCED INTO MARRIAGE!!!
WHICH WILL MOST LIKELY END UP IN DIVORCE!!!

Get cleared whether he likes you or not. If YES and if you both want to LIVE TOGETHER then dont hesitate, just ask him to marry.
Think and Talk clearly as this matters a LIFE of 2.
