Over the counter hydrogen peroxide is not strong enough to bleach hair. You would have to get a stronger bleaching solution probably from hair products section of store or a beauty supply shop.
And no it is not permanent. When the roots grow out, they will be the original color again.

Peroxide is merely part of the products needed to bleach your hair. But when you apply it to your roots.and see what ever color it is you see.and I might add. peroxide alone will not make any color that would be considered desirable........but when your hair continues to grow.that BAD color will move on up the hair shaft, and your natural color will appear. There is NO product you can use to PERMANENTLY change your color.
A little note, there are different levels of peroxide in stores, medicinal and for changing hair color. Bottom lone....DON"T DO IT

not permanently. Although for the temporaty time it could be alittle weird. BUT.. there's always temp dye to go ON top of the peroxide if you've already done it

lol no and the hydrogen peroxide to blonde dosen't make it look blond it looks like a bad coloring job go get the box from the beauty section at the store Please. I am tired of seeing bad botched blonde jobs.
