Yes I do & I'm thankful my parents named me good names.
If you really resent your names, you can always legally change them. If you feel your identity has already been formed, than you can always start over by moving somewhere no one knows you.
You can change your name with a simple court procedure, but understand that you can change your legal name only if a court allows you to. Anyone may use an alias, but you cannot get legal papers, such as a driver's license or passport, in any name but your legal name.

I think there are ways to change it.
In where I live (australia) you go and fill up a form, then advertise it on the local newspaper, after a week, they will approve your new name, then you have have new ID , etc. Then it's up to you to promote your new name and let people forget the old.
Go to your city council, birth /death regisgtration office for their regulations and rules. If you hated your name so much, it might be worth while to get another one you like

Hello Without my mask,
I'm sorry to hear that you don't like your name.
I don't know the system in your country but in my country we can go the an attorney and ask him to help us legally change our name. Please do this if you can because my heart breaks to know that someone in the world like you is not happy everyday because of a given name.
All the best my friend.

i like my name a lot. i used to not like it because many people would laugh about it. why? because my name (sayang) is actually a term of endearment in the indonesian language. i've gotten used it now. so, it's not that bad...

Yes, I like mine. I didn't always but grew to like it.
If you don't like yours that much, you can always legally change it to something you do like.
