Any food which makes you happy the moment you eat is the healthy food suitable to your body. Preferably, vegetarian diet is the best diet, which keeps your health in balance, without much fat or any other big ailments. Ultimately, our mind is what we eat, so always try to eat something nutritious and good one.

Whole grains are at the top of the list. This includes whole grain breads, pastas, cereals, rices etc. Your body needs more servings of this then anything else.

fruits. vegetables and roti to keep your body healthy it is very important to keep a stable diet with low fats and eat food at right times. breakfest is a neccessary then lunch a small snack in the evening.

I really believe that grilled foods are good for you,and baked food is good for you too. The doctors are aways telling us to eat less red meat,and I would think that if you ate more fish,and chicken you should do very well.
