After reading these responses... one thing I can say is that HIS RICHES IN GLORY... are not physical but spiritual. If you read Revelations you can find those riches...

God will take care of you!!!! He will. He takes care of me all of the time. His favor rests upon me and when i seem to be at a dead end He opens doors I never saw were there!!!

I guess it means that whatever you need, he will supply for you. Though I'm still unsure how that works for the homeless.
