I can't positively answer this question but I can tell you that you definitely should wash your hands after handling the condom, especially if you are unfamiliar with the past history of your sexual partner and if you are that worried, you shouldn't be having an encounter with that person in the first place......

Remember...STD's are acquired by exposer to blood or body fluids..vaginal secretions, sperm, feces, saliva, open sores (that are a part of a STD such as Herpes..yes if you touch the condom that has secretions on them and they contain a STD you could get it.

It is extremely unlikely. They are sexually transmitted diseases.
There are no known cases where someone contracted herpes from an object. With this particular STD, the virus dies quickly outside the body.

yes, you can. unfortunately, there is no good way to remove a used comdom, but start at the base of your penis and push it forward. after you remove it, wash your hands with warm soapy water.
