Living up here in North Dakota, I naturally don't get to sample many exotic meats many people lie about themselves eating for a little attention and hopes that people say "Wow! What an odd and interesting person!"

Anyway, my vote would have to be pepered deer-sausage.

That would be kebab meat they put in sharwarmas and kebabs, it's lebanese.
I love Chinese deer meat on hot plate too, cooked with lots and lots of onions.
Also, Chinese ginger chicken.
Chicken in Hyderabadi chicken briyani and chicken tandoori cooked traditionally in the clay tandoor.

I'm getting hungry now. XD

Kobe Beef from Japan. Of course I loved everything cooked in Japan with the one exception that I didn't like Octapus.

Marinated with garlic & herbs, boneless leg of lamb on the grill! Unforgettable.
For the record, you sound like a real jerk emailing from a home on wheels.

I had Filet Mignon that melted in my mouth once and I also had
a New York sirloin that was smothered with mushrooms and had
a wonderful flavor , when I asked the waiter what that delicious
flavor was , he said Bourban. It was real good.
