it can't be, you can go to the court, and they appoint someone to do that, becuase he state wants it money, so idk if that would even happen, teehee

it goes to probate- this means the legal eagles have to search to find the nearest living relatives and this often takes time- if you think you have a claim on someone's will you need to seek legal advice, as my family were all paupers I have no experience of this.
If you succeed in getting the inheritance then remember me in your will!!
