Most likely that would have been some of the residents of the cities of Soddom and Gomorrah. They were involved in all sorts of perversion. Of course we all know what happened to those folks who rebelled against Gods Laws.

In both the Old and the New Testament, there have been many sexual incidents involving more than two people. Some involving more than three, but the question here is intended to isolate all of the sordid passages into the ones with three and three alone. I am also assuming the question does not include any events where livestock or other species were violated. In the New Testament, the most famous “Menage a Trois” has now become known as “Peter’s Denial”. The written scripture would now have you believe that Peter was denying his knowledge of Jesus Christ, for fear of his own brutal death at the hands of the authorities. However, the truth is that Peter was caught performing certain unmentionable sexual acts on fellow apostles Matthew and Luke, while kneeling before them, apparently in devout holy prayer. Both Matthew and Luke were gazing at the heavens in heavenly bliss, each being tended to by Peter’s unwavering attention. While the three were enraptured by their sublime contentment, they failed to notice the Roman Soldiers standing behind them, swords at the ready. Peter only realized what was happening when he was gently prodded by one of the Roman Guards. His denials of any wrong doings were met with derision by the guards, and only his satisfaction of their own urges allowed the three apostles to survive that fateful day. In fact, the term peter, when used to describe the male phallus, was dubbed that very day, by several satisfied Roman soldiers.

In addition to Lot and his two daughers (incest menage trois), I'd say Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego (they were in that furnace for quite some time, it was pretty hot in there and NOT from the fire!!!).

I also heard there was a transcript found detailing an interesting hook-up between Jonah, the whale and a large eel of some sort.

David, Bath-sheba and Uriah were also entangled in a menage a trois. The reason David sent Uriah to the battlefront was because he saw that Uriah had a couple of inches on him.

Probably Rahab. She WAS, after all, a prostitute. And two handsome young spies DID spend the night under her roof. And they WERE so, uh, grateful for what she gave them that they made sure she of all people was spared while the rest of the city got destroyed when the Israelites attacked. All sounds pretty suspicious to me.

That's easy, and it's not a "might have", it really happened. Read what happened to Lot and his two daughters after they left Sodom.
