WOW! What a great question. But as much as I love money..the only way I would do that is if I knew they could be put back in. And of course it wasn't 5 million to do it. Yes I know..I want it all and I want it now. I hear it all the time :) lol.

This is a very hard question. It's tempting, but I know that it's driving me crazy when I have a bad cold, can't taste a single thing, but keep eating to see if I can find ANYTHING I can taste. So I would probably say "No", because according to that I would not get skinny even. lol
So it's not worth it, I think. Food is too lovely to taste!

man that is tough! i love food & don't think will enjoy the 5 millions esp having all the beautiful gourmet food at yr disposal & not be able to taste them. nope it's too much money for a simple pleasure in life. unless, my loved ones r dying & need the money then i'd have to sacrifice my love of food for them. other than that i'm happy with my simple middle class lifestyle & all the yummy food!! =)

Nah. Tempting offer but what's life without being able to savor it? Besides, I'd have the money to buy the most delicious foods but if I can't taste a thing, then it's not worth the money I'd spend.

Taking tastebuds out for money? LIfe revolves significantly on both money and food... but nothing can replicate a meal that is enjoyed both for the taste, and the company.... to give up this pleasure for money.....no. You would also affect your sense of smell!... One of the beauties of being human is our senses.....

Hell no... Can't taste butterfingers anymore? Plus I can't tell if the cheese I'm eating is gonna get me sick or worse. And taste is related to smell and I need that.
