I make it a point never to eat any food that looks exactly the same coming out as it did going in.

So corn is out for me......

I don't dislike corn, I just don't eat it anymore. It's not really good for you or bad for you, it's just there and it's annoying when you have to pick it out of your teeth. And corn on the cob is really good, but have you ever watched yourself or anyone eat corn on the cobb?? Thats not pretty, at all. So I have been cornless for about 3 or 4 years now, maybe longer than that even.

WOW it feels really good to be able to vent about corn!!

I don't like corn off the cob (like, canned corn). Corn on the cob is kinda fun to eat, though, because then you can smother it with butter and salt to the point where it doesn't really taste like corn anymore, and you can make a huge mess without anyone caring. ^_^

Creamed corn is good too. As are cornmeal-made things, like tortilla chips and corn bread.

So I'm sorta with you, I guess.

you may be disturbed to know that you eat corn products every day. over 1/4 of a typical supermarket's items contain corn. (high fructose corn syrup in soft drinks, for example.) corn is the most widely grown crop in america, and more is made every year, so they keep finding new things to make from it. soon we'll be running cars on ethanol, a corn product!

Corn on the cob is actually pretty delicious.

I could understand you if you're talking about some crummy canned corn.
