Yes or no what? If you mean do you like anchovies then the answer is no. Anchovies are very salty and I do not like super salty fish.

depends. the salted kind are best in fresh caesar salad with home made dressing. Prepared as a sweet dried side dish it's really good.

when used to make a sauce, like with olive oil over pasta - it kicks ***!! Also the great meaty flavor booster in ceasar dressing.
