YES. Hooter sometimes gets a bad rap but other than the fact that the waitresses wear short shorts and tight tops it is a very enjoyable environment. It is NOT a strip club or a place that will make people uncomfortable. It is a good time especially for a graduating senior. GO FOR IT

If that is where he wants to go, then yes. The party is about HIM - so that is what the focus should be

At 9, our grandson asked (I think he was testing us) to have his birthday dinner with the family (brother, sister, parents, grandparents) at Hooters - so off we went to Hooters. It is a place with not very good food - but fun for all.

Stick with the wings and cheese fries - or a plain old hamburger - they are not known for their food :)

Right on, billie_db! This is an awful thing to be teaching your son, and it will only serve to make this kind of objectification more acceptable with his friends and their community. Don't let him think that looking at women to be servers and sex objects is all right. This is his future we're talking about. What kind of girlfriends is he going to have if all he wants is breasts and a way to get a beer out of the fridge without getting up? You may want to be the "cool mom", but think about his long-term good. Not to mention the way it might make his female friends feel self-conscious about their own bodies--even if they don't go to the party, they'll hear the comments about it later. This kind of thing hurts women big-time.

It's an ok idea. He's a senior. There isnt a problem with that. Let him have fun while he still can because after High School, its all down hill from there.

Sure he will be grown so I see nothing wrong with it, but you have to take into consideration who the guests are going to be at the party. If someone like his aunt or grandma is there they wouldnt want to go to a place like that. Get the input from the guests and see if they are ok with it.
