I kept my brocolli frozen so they will stay fresh.
After I took them out.. they looks soggy, Can I still cook'm or will I die if i do so

Steam it, then dunk in ice cold water and it crisps up.
It is eatable. Unless you're a vegan who might have issues with eating the microorganisms, bacteria and other cultures that have developed on your soggy broccoli. Germs are.... like....... people too man.

I don't think so. You are better of cooking some more or going to by some more. Sometimes veggies are already kind of bad when you buy them from the store. Some fresh foods you should cook with in 7 to 10 days.

Try soaking them for about ten minutes, in cold water, before cooking. This should help replace the water that is removed by freezing. If they are still somewhat limp, soak a little longer.
This method works to bring fresh celery back to life.

I don't think you will die.
But it sounds gross.

If you defrosted them last week or something I would throw it away, but if you let them thaw and that's just the way it was I'm sure it's OK. I'd cook it, you can't dip soggy veggies in dip. Yuk.

It's edible, just not necessarily palatable.

blanch before freezing and you wont have that problem
