1/4 cup oil
1 cups water
1 tomatoes, chopped
1 onions, chopped
2 tablespoons Jamaican Style curry powder
1/2 clove garlic, chopped
1 sprig thyme
1/4 shin of a scotch bonnet pepper finely chopped up ( or any dried hot pepper, according to taste, scoth boneet is HOT!)
Cut chicken breast into 1 1/2 inch cubes. Brown (fry) curry powder, onions, garlic, tomatoes, thyme and pepper in oil. Add chicken and brown (fry) for five minutes. Finally add water, lower heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes
I marinate the chicken in 1/2 cup coconut milk with garlic and 1 tsp of maggi seasoning, and maybe a tsp of whole allspice.

I don't know why someone would recommend the Kraft Foods website or even allrecipes. Those are websites for single and moms too busy to spend time in the kitchen giving their children something real.
