Right now the spanish restaurant at the ground floor got Fire...The firemen are everywhere. I m going now to ask them. What was the food that they forgot in oven or something? I believe that was the Enchiladas or the Burritos. What do you think?

Hello, Angelhimm? What do you think Mexicans are? SPANIARDS and Indians... so yes, we mix both Mexican and Spanish influences into our food...
Anyway, to answer the question, enchiladas and burritos aren't really in the oven that long - mostly just to let the cheese melt. They probably left some oil burning in a pan on top of the stove and it caught fire. We use oil (and lots of it) to fry the tortillas or to soften them for the enchiladas.

Well for your information Enchiladas and Burritos are not spanish dishes, those are mexican. So what is your question??
