More than likely, you will start to itch when the hair begins to grow back. There are now creams available over the counter that helps alot with that problem.

waxing is best, and professionally not doing it yourself. The skin is really sensitive down south, and it is important to take care of yourself 100% you don't want something bad to result from something so little.

Shaving does itch, most people it is because dark hair growth is usually thicker and it gets itchy when it starts to grow. But if you are going to just shave the area partially then it might not itch as bad. Good Luck!

Not Always. If you keep it shaved... perhaps shave 2 times a week, and its fine. Also, when shaveing, give the area time to soak, so your pores will open. Use newer razor blades, and get the kind with aloe strips. Shave in warm water, then rinse off, breifly in cold water before getting out of bath/shower. There is a product called Bikini Zone (Wal-mart $4 in the shaveing isle, near shaveing cream) that comes in either shave gel, or a cream for after your done. It works well! If you can't afford that, use a good lotion afterwards...perhaps baby oil, baby lotion, etc. http://www.bikini-zone.com/products.html#antigel

I cannot shave WITHOUT getting those bumps, that itch and turn red.

But, I can use the creams that dissolve the hair: Like Nair...
Be careful anywhere you put it hair will then grow...So use it ONLY on the desired areas!

Good Luck!

yes it does itch, but i know people that shave down there and they don't wear underwear...it does not "bump up" down there where the hair grows back..so it does not itch...there is a thought.
