Half a bottle of coke. 6 Tablespoons of Tomato Sauce. 3 Tablespoons of H.P. Sauce or A.1. 1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar. 1 Tablespoon Chilli Sauce. 1 clove Garlic. 3 Tablespoons oil. 1 Bottle Red Wine. Mix it well. I assume its to cover meat for twenty people to eat and not to cover twenty people to cook.

A really easy one is Lea & Perrins, Tabasco, soy sauce and honey. If you want to push the boat out, you can then add some finely chopped onion and garlic, slices of ginger and some fresh thyme. Yuuummmmmmmy.

Just go out and buy Linghams chili and garlic sauce, it's better than almost all home-made efforts I've come across and it's dead easy. Chill out with an extra beer.

There are many excellent ready made ones. Why bother? Read their ingredients. Get a natural one with no MSG, a spicy one, or one with more or less sugar. At Whole Foods and Trader Joe's, there are really great choices, and the staff will help you chose.
