What size are the glasses???? If you want sweet tea, use 1 1/2 cups sugar to one gallon tea. However, if you want to save calories and still have sweet tea, put 20 packets Sweet N Low in a gallon of tea.

None, I recommend agave nectar syrup. It sweetens just like sugar, and doesn't affect your blood sugar.

two or three teaspoons in each glass. but it should be entirely up to you... it depends how sweet you want your tea to be.
