What size are the glasses???? If you want sweet tea, use 1 1/2 cups sugar to one gallon tea. However, if you want to save calories and still have sweet tea, put 20 packets Sweet N Low in a gallon of tea.

None, I recommend agave nectar syrup. It sweetens just like sugar, and doesn't affect your blood sugar.
