I heard that muslims believe in a "Life after death" which will be different from here until decided by their deeds. It will be long long day of judgement in which the whole process will be done. God will play a part as Judge. That day would be lenghtened as one thousands years of here on earth?

"imaginary thinking" ?... what if you foud out that this "imaginary thinking" is actually for real. if you don't believe in our faith, then there is no way for you to believe.

to answer your question :

I know you don't believe in Islam, but read anyway what will happen.

you will wait in the life of death called (Al-borzokh) which refer to your grave. until the day that God has promised (day of judgement). you either will be torture in the grave, or it becomes like a piece of heaven. every soul will return back to its body in the day of judgment, and then God will have the final word of whom go to heaven or Hell.

here is what Islam says when someone dies:
------------------------------...
let's assume he is a true believer (worship God alone and did good duties toward his lord).

when death comes to a person, and he became between life and death. Angels come down to him setting themselves far from his vision, their face are like the sun and in good looking holding his coffen. then the Angel of death arrive (Azraeal) and it said to him

"[27]O (you) the one in (complete) rest and satisfaction!"
"[28] "Come back to your Lord well-pleased (yourself) and well-pleasing (unto Him)!
[29] "Enter you then among My (honored) slaves,
[30] "And enter you My Paradise!"

Quran ch89

then the Angel of death (Azreal) pull his soul out like a drop of water, easy and gentel. the soul of the believer smells so beautiful. the angels carry him toward the heaven. everytime the angels pass a heaven (there are seven heavens) whoever in this heaven get amuesed of his beautiful smell. until they reach him to the last heaven. then God says Put my slave down until the day i have promised (or when the day of judgement starts).

the angels take the soul of the believer and return him to the life of death called "Al-borzokh". then the two Angels called Nakir and Nakier. well come to him to question him and test his believes. Muhammad(S) describes their voice like thunder.

the first main question will be repeated over and over: 1)Who is your GOD? 2)what is your religion? 3)who is your prophet?

if he pass the test, a caller will say, this slave is honest! then His grave will be open widly and become a peace of heaven. then he sees his position in paradise and his position in Hell (if he was the other way around).

he remain there until the day of judgement starts and every soul return back to its body. God has the final word of whom go to paradise and whom go to Hell.

there are more, and that's just short information

but for unbeliever or bad person. it's the way around. and it's kinda scary end.

Salam :) i'm a Muslim teen residing in Canada. I positioned on hijab alhamdullilah and it truly is for the most area common the following considering that i stay in a large city with a good sized Muslim inhabitants. I do get the few ignorant comments and idiots at school even with the actuality that who ask stuff like "yo were given a bomb lower than there hahaha". even with the undeniable fact that the hardest area is being diverse out of your friends. Being a Muslim, activities, alcohol courting boys wearing revealing outfits etc is haram, and at the same time as i do not want to target this besides, it truly is slightly awkward to ought to describe why i do not do it to those who evaluate it in basic terms area of being a young person and its hassle-free to them. Muslims residing in Muslim international places truly have it more suitable reachable at the same time as it includes setting up in. And with nutrients it truly is slightly troublesome yet I always attempt to study the label if i'm no longer particular of the substances. yet i does no longer wanna be the different faith no matter how perplexing it receives and how diverse i think from each and everyone else, i'm satisfied to be Muslim :)

Muslims don't believe in life after death.

After the Qiamat, you'll be judged for your deeds - good or bad.

It's a pleasurable strange thing for me to bump into morons such as you from time to time.

have a nice life, while it lasts

Belief in the Unseen is an integral part of a Muslim’s creed. Every Muslim must believe in all whatever Allah told us about in the Qur’an and all whatever the Prophet told us about in his Sunnah. In the Qur’an we are told the first characteristics of the righteous: [This is the Book; in it is guidance sure, without doubt, to those who fear Allah; Who believe in the Unseen] (Al-Baqarah 2:3).

We belive that the Qur'an is the word of God, and so can not go against its clear and logical teachings.

Muslims believe that when you die, your soul is taken to a state where its not in heaven nor in hell, but more like a reception where you have to wait until the Apocalypse occurs and the human race is banished off the face of the earth.
When that happens humans will be judged based on how they have performed on earth. If they have done good they will spend eternity in heaven with God (Allah), if not then they will suffer in hell with Satan (sheytan).

Sorry I do not think I could reply to your question accurately because I do not know what sort of imaginary thinking are you talking about. But we believe that after we die, we'll be called up and each one of us will be subject to judgment and those who were good people will go to heaven, bad people will go to hell! that's the bottom line of it in short, of course we believe in many other details but it all comes down to what I've mentioned.
