I don't eat that flavor anymore because I read somewhere that it was made from chicken stock that boiled down into powder

so yes it is a chicken byproduct

all kinds of ramen have some small amount of meat in the flavor pack, except for the oriental flavor!! (usually the "meat flavoring" in products is boiled down from leftover bits after slaughter. really nasty stuff, if you think about it. they don't use the "good parts" for chicken flavoring.)

You'd have to read the ingredient list for a particular brand, but yes, anything that is chicken, pork or beef flavored usually has such ingredients as "dehydrated chicken," "beef powder," or "pork fat." Not only that, but if you're veg, you need to read ALL food labels because even products that aren't meant to be meat flavored often have beef or chicken fat in them to "improve" the flavor (even such seemingly veg-friendly things as cheddar broccoli rice mix.)

Mostly MSG,chicken bones boil residue meant chicken flavor.cow bones boil residue meant beef flavor, vegetable residue meant vegetable flavor and salt plus a lot of BHA and artificial flavoring. After eating you will feel very thirsty.Read carefully the description and the definition of flavor. All additive and no genuine stuff.

It has chicken broth in it, I do believe. My sister is vegetarian-- there is one or two Ramen kind of meals that she eats... Oriental is one of the flavors.

I highly doubt it, it is mostly salt, some seasonings like pepper, celery salt..etc. Basicaly what is in those bouillion cubes - a miniscule amount of chicken stock if any.

final week. The unholy volume of sodium made me awaken at 3am and chug an entire gallon of water... and it stayed in my physique for like 18 hours. I step on the dimensions it says that I gained 7 pounds. impossible! i did no longer even consume 7 pounds of meals! unexpectedly ultimately the physique expels all that water. Water is 0 energy afterall. rattling that sodium/MSG!

Yes they are. They are either extracts or really ground up meat. Trust me don't eat it, if you are a vegetarian. Although top ramens oriental is vegetarian.
