First of all, Vegans DON'T eat lactose, because they don't eat ANY animal products.

There is SO much to have when you're a vegan! I mean, there are great substitutes for everything! There are also some bad ones too. Check out www.hacres.com They've got some GREAT stuff.

If you are a vegan, then I am assuming you already don't consume any dairy products anyways. So being LI wouldn't be an issue. But there are plenty of things you can eat being a vegan. Plenty of veggies for starters. Beans, Chilli, Potatos, Spaghetti, Lasagna, Tofu, Vegan/Vegetarian Burgers, Casseroles... The most fun thing to do is to make up your own kind of concoction. I am a vegetarian, although not the same thing as a vegan, it comes close. GOOD LUCK!! :)

Well vegans are pure vegetarians and only eat plant sources. So you couldn't drink milk anyway. If your a lacto-ovo vegan (eats dairy, eggs, and plant sources) then you only couldn't drink milk unless you got lactose free milk (I've heard that's really disgusting though.) So being lactose intolerant doesn't kick out a wide variety in food since it is only the sugar in milk.

If your are a vegan it would not matter as vegans do not drink milk or consue any product that comes from anything with a face.So for a true vegan lactose intolerance would not make any difference at all.

There are many different types of vegetarians. I myself am a semi-vegetarian (I dont eat red meat, I do eat poultry). People who are vegans (absolutly nothing to do with meat) and are lacose intolerant should check with their doctor for a food plan. Medications could also be prescribed to get the needed protein and calcium. We can all get other nutrients from the other foods we eat like grains, fruits and vegetables.

stunning, i won't be able to write with my left hand in any respect! yet I do a number of issues with my left hand, curiously i'm left hand eye co-ordinated. Or stunning, whichever is the alternative of what stunning handers would desire to be! I open doorways, carry luggage and do maximum stuff with my left hand.
