Although 142 is a good post-meal reading, your body may still be biochemically starving itself. If your meal was excessively small in order to keep your blood sugar down, you can still feel fatigued.
The dizziness probably is due to the 77 reading. As others before me answered, 77 is a low reading. My own experience as a diabetic is that I start to have the same symptoms once my sugar dips below 85.

I sometimes have the same problem, It depends on what I have ate, Sugar will go up after I eat then come down real fast, when it comes down to fast like that my doctor tells me to eat a little bit of protein to fool my body into thinking its getting carbs so the sugar that is already stored in my body will work...... eat a small snack of fat and protein , like a tablespoon of peanut butter, or some cheese and/or meat. No carbs, just protein and fat in that snack. if you need more info you can contact me.

good for you to loose the weight.
I have a lot of sympaty towrds you feeling dozzy etc...
like one of the answers stated, there can be a billion reasons
why you feel the way you do.
i also struggle with this feeling, and was diagnosed Diabetic 2, so
that means i do not have to take insulin.
Hope you feel better, and have EVERYTHING checked out, and find the results. God bless

if you're taking diabetic medicine it can really drop your blood sugar. Glyburide can lower blood sugar really fast. check with your doctor and see if they can readjust your medications. Also be careful what you eat . Cinnamon can lower blood sugar too. And if you're on pain meds the symptoms of low blood sugar get harder to tell.

what ever changes you are having are going to feel new and symptomatic of hypo/hyper glycemic. I have been a diabetic for 35 years. I suffer from minor nerve damage and do not feel low bs until they are dangerously low. I have tested as low as 24 and did not feel it....though my brain was a little foggy. As you get the bs under control this should level off for you

lot of causes for dizziness. it is hard to find a specific cause sometimes. anemia could certainly be the cause even if you are taking iron. doctor might want to rule out some other causes, though. might be blood pressure, ears, medications....
