I'm a 19 year old female that is afriad of having a heart attack. I'm 180lbs and 5'8''. No history in my family. No high blood pressure. I don't get it that is all i think about so please help me get it out of my head if it can't happen!!

Sounds like you have some anxiety issues, try seeing a therapist.

At 19 it would be a long shot, but you are on a path to having a MI you need to work out and drop some of that 180lb. before you get to much older. Start by just waking then try new things.

It sounds like you're having anxeity about it and obessing over it. It's okay, just talk to your doctor about it. If you have no family history or high blood pressure I wouldn't worry about it too much, but too much stress on it CAN cause a heart attack. Just call your doctor today and dicuss it with him.

such unreasonable fears can come out due to some reasons. but first you must see a heart doctor and rule out physiological causes.
read dr david burns book - feeling good a hand book . this book sheds light on such fears like the one you write,

i dont know, get some counseling or something. do you get palpitations (theyre harmless in the vast majority of people if you are) or something or have a family member that died recently? guess i dont get it...
