Yes. For post-prandial blood glucose testing, the breakfast intake should be restricted to be around 265 Kcal energy value and should not contain sugar or any item that can cause a sharp rise in blood glucose level. In South India, the prescribed diet is 2 idlis + 1 vada + chutney + sambar + 1 coffee (200 ml) without sugar. If you are from anywhere else, please consult your dietitian for alternative food with the same energy value.

This is not the same as a 2-hour glucose tolerance test (GTT). In GTT, blood and urine are checked for sugar in the fasting state, following which oral glucose (100 gms for pregnant women and 75 gms for all others) is given. From the time of glucose ingestion, blood and urine are checked for glucose every half an hour till 2 hours.

GTT is usually done to establish the diagnosis of Diabetes Mellitus and for annual monitoring of people who are at a high risk of developing the condition. Post-prandial blood glucose test is a routine test for monitoring the glycemic control of known diabetic patients.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.
