It might just be a canker sore. If you aren't in pain I wouldn't really worry about it, but if you are really concerned, then see your doctor.

Herpes are usually painful...I would go to my doctor or dentist and have them look at the white bumps..it may be perfectly normal or if not you can get a correct diagnosis and treatment.
