If you mean do people who are gay cause AIDS then the answer is no.
AIDS affects all races, all sexes (female and male), and all sexual preferences (gay, straight, bi).
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) originally classified AIDS as GRID which stood for Gay Related Immune Disease. However, after determining that AIDS is not isolated to homosexual people the name was changed to the neutral AIDS.

What do you mean by "gaiety"? Is it homosexuality? If yes, then maybe I have the answer.
I am not so sure, but I have heard a lot of times that homosexual relationships are one of the major causes of AIDS. But probably protected sex would help.

Gaiety (happiness) doesn't cause transmission of the Human Immunodifiency virus. Being happy doesn't hurt anyone.
Homosexuality (gay sex) or Heterosexual sexual contact can casue transmission of the Human Immunodeficieny Virus. Ironic that an act of professed love can destroy life like that.
Hope that answered your question. Be safe and don't ever think that you can play around, just because that kind of thing never happens to you.
