SERVE DIP IN CHIP AND DIP SET OR A SMALLER CUT GLASS BOWL.

THIS DIP IS BEAUTIFUL AND I ALWAYS HAVE PEOPLE ASKING FOR THIS RECIPE!

Grab:
Two blocks of cream cheese, softened
Two tablespoons of pimentos
one small can of chopped olives
one small can of chopped green chilis (level of spicy is optional)
and a dash of horseradish sauce for flavor
(all canned ingredients well drained)

mix it all up and serve with hand torn pieces of tortilla, it tastes great, makes quite a bit so people can dig till they are full, and is nice and colorful.

If you need a back up, their is always home-made spinach artichoke dip, placed in a scraped out bowl of crusty bread, and the pieces you scraped out as the dippers. But if you want something like that, I would get a recipe on line, their are tons of sights for really excellent treats, good luck!

Brown a pound of ground beef in a skillet, after that's done take half a block of Velveeta cheese and cut it into cubes to be placed in a crock pot or slow cooker. Place the browned beef on top of the cheese and then add a large bottle of Pace Picante sauce. ( mild will do)
Let the cheese melt and stir occassionally till all the cheese has melted.

In a decorative, shallow pan with atleast 1 inch sides, spread cream cheese (however much it takes to get the cream cheese atleast 1/2 inch deep. It will vary depending on size of pan)

Spoon your favorite brand of cocktail sauce on top of the cream cheese in a shallow layer.

Sprinkle flakes of imitation Krab meat on top of the sauce as heavily as you like. Serve the dip with plenty of ritz crackers. Garnish it with some cute "spreader" knives and slices of lemon.

I love French Onion. Just take a 250g pack of cream cheese, mix it with a packet of dry French Onion soup mix, and add enough milk to get the desired consistency.

In the microwave-------1 pkg. of Velveeta cheese with 1 can of Rotel tomatoe chunks. Just the right amount of spice. Great with white corn tortillas and easy on the budget.
