epilepsy is one name for a type of seisure disorder but there are many types of seisures and causes. that are not related too epilepsy ie. hypoxic seisure, drug induced o.d's etc.....

Petit mal seizures & Tonic-clonic (grand mal) seizures. Both types of disease come under epilepsy. In petit mal, a partial seizure begins in one specific part of the brain, and may spread to other areas. In grand mal, a generalised seizure can start in both sides of the brain at once.

The answer is seizure disorder.I to am diebetic (20yrs).Because of diebetes I have lost my right kidney,had 3heart attacks & 4 strokes. Diebetes is deadly if not treated fist,
