I have not cheated on my husband and he swears that he has not cheated either.

Also he does not have any signs or symptoms of the STD.

Have an honest conversation with your spose and remember that you or your partner could have been exposed a long time ago and have just now begun to display symptoms.

Men can present differently with an STD than women.
I hate to say it but just because he says he has not cheated does not mean that he hasn't. HOWEVER before you jump to any conclusions he has to go to the doctor and be tested and treated.
If he does come back with a positive test. Then you will have some thinking to do..if you have not violated your marriage vows. The only STD that you could have gotten back before your marriage (not sure how long you are married) that could be presenting now would be syphyllis or HIV as many people miss the first signs of infection with Syphylis and HIV of course can take years to present itself.

I wish you all the best during this difficult time

The first thing is , I unlike you would not be happy to find out I had such a thing.I would of course be divorced afore you could say divorce. Once a cheater always a cheater and in your case once a naive little girl always a naive little girl well maybe with any luck he will not give you aids and you will live to be an old naive woman.

I would confront my husband about it. Many men who have happily married wives have affairs.

As a psychologist I used to know always said, a woman needs a reason to have an affair. A man just needs a place.

I would wonder where your husband has been...

but some STD's can stay dormant for year's and never show up. Or they decide to pop up one day. You or your husband could be carrying it from a previous sexual encounter (before you were married) and not even know it.

Since many STD's have delayed symptoms I wouldn't rush right out and get a divorce.Just go to the Dr. with your spouse and get treated.
