Here in Puerto Rico we make "Morcillas" pig's intestines filled with their own blood and rice (for the blood not to coagulate), salt and pepper, some "aji" (hot peppers) and deep fried (preferably in the pig fat or "mateca", but Canola or Olive Oil can do it just fine.

Pig's feet (Patitas de Cerdo) are very tasty with chickpeas!

Cows brain "rebosado" - lit is like breaded, but with egg instead of bread crumbles. Also Bull Testicles, Cows Tail (yummy), Calf Tongue (taste like pastrami), Cocodrile steaks and a home made Rum that included sea turtle penis (Chichaito in Dominican Republic) - Interesting!

But nothing beats McDonalds and KFC!!!!

In Macao, I had some worms that were cooked with eggs into like a frittata type dish. Tasted ok, kinda like oysters.

In Japan I had squid guts, both marinated and sashimi style. Not my favorite. Also ate some whale while I was out there, wouldn't recommend it.

I've also eaten coagulated duck, goose, chicken, and pigs blood, usually stewed in a sauce served with Chinese chives.

Menudo ( tripe soup) When I looked at it it made me sick but since i was at the family's house i had to eat it.... It is actually really good if you chop the meat into little little little little little pieces and put lots of lime and onion/cilantro... VERY YUMMY :) Thats why i always say don't prejudge things try it first it won't kill you if you don't like it don't eat it ever again. ( you have to draw the line somewhere though ... nothing nasty that is unhygienic to eat) I dont think I would eat these eggs they eat in asia where the duck is half developed or the eggs are aged... :( I don't like eggs in general...maybe one day I will just try it....

I sampled some cheese called gourmandise (Sp). It tasted like someone threw up in an ashtray. I was spitting and making gacking sounds in the store. Took days to get rid of the taste.

I have eaten 'osban in libya - very similar to hagus(stuffed sheep intestines).
Weirdest was probably snails, looked nasty and dirty, in the middle of very crowded market!!!

I go to a wild game feast every year. I've eaten such things as raccoon, beaver, alligator, rattlesnake, and calf testicles, otherwise known as calf fries. We a have local nightclub that puts on a Testicle Festival every year in May.

I ate pig ears and feet. Many people eat that, even in China or France. But I still think it was weird.
