well like i said tonights noodles were bunk. i tried to rush them and i know i cant do that, what was i thinking. the fine art of preparing my noodles would include microwaving for 1:55 minutes, let sit for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, re heating is not necessary as i dont mind them cold. sometimes i even put it in the fridge and have it for breakfast the next morning, again re heating not necessary. and of course my flavor is chicken! though ive heard bratwurst comes highly suggested.

The way they do it in Japan is to crack an egg over the hot water and noodles and cover it for maybe 3 minutes or less depending on how raw you want your egg. I personally do not like it this way.

But, you really are missing out on the real thing in Japan.

I eat it raw! I took it out from the cup and placed it on a plate and crushed it. I sprinkled the dry ingredients and spice on it, mixed the whole thing and voila! I eat it.
