My sister once brought home some of this tea from a China-town in Canada. I didn't care for the taste, but it was very eye-appealing. It brewed to a pretty pink color and had some flowers that were in each packet, if I recall correctly.

I'd like to use it for decorative purposes for my wedding reception! Thanks for any informed help you can provide.

If you know WHAT it is, I'd also love to know where I could purchase it, or any other interesting details about it.

Tea connoisseur at your service... these are known as display teas. Best prepared in glass teapots, these hand-tied teas are not only beautiful but can be infused several times.

These folks do display teas well...

I bought those at a tea shop in Port Townsend, Washington last year. I think they are called "Lotus Flower Jasmine Tea Balls". Love the way they look, tea was good too.

If you go to the Republic of tea's website they should have some of whatever it is if you would know it when you see it. Good luck with that. I love tea and that sounds cool.
