Hard to tell without actually being able to see the spots. Strep throat is generally limited to about a week regardless of whether you take antibiotics. It could also be mono. If you have mono, you should feel like crap for months. It could be thrush. Do you use inhaled steroids for asthma or some other respiratory condition?

could be tonsilitis or strep throat i would definitely get it checked out
