Pizza Hut. It has a nice seating area to do business work in with comfortable lighting. If you go at off hours and tip the waitress extra for tying up her table while you do business she will be thankful and you will have a better meeting. Just tell you there is a bonus if she keeps the drinks filled and that you will be awhile. If you go at busy times the waitress will be busy, it will be loud, plus waiting for a table.

Eatza Pizza or Streets of New York. They have seating that may be better for business as well as eating.
