If a multi-time WWE champion can be underrated, it is HHH. He has been in the promotion for a decade now, and for most of that time, he has been the number one heel. While he did have some face turns, (and the jury is still out on how this latest DX reunion is going to go), HHH has basically carried the promotion from the "bad guy" standpoint, while other stars have taken extended leaves to make movies(Rock), build families(Undertaker, among others), etc. He is the modern day Ric Flair, and its no small coincidence that the 16 time Champion has hung on so long to mentor HHH. Keep in mind that this guy tore a leg muscle during a match, and instead of signaling to the ref that he was legitimately hurt so they could do a quick finish, actually finished the match by still selling moves because he knew he was the only heel star in the promotion….
