DX is by far better, Rated RKO is a heel team and they can't win a single match without some help. In a fair match The Game and The Heart Break Kid would own them :)

DX no contest. Without having to cheat Rated RKO couldn't even win a match. Which is a damn shame given that they actually used to have some talent back in the day.

I would have to say that DX will beat them and I dont think it is for the title it is out of reenge for what they done to flair and them thw week before Tribute to the troops
