Fantasy Sports - October 2006

I have Gore and Westbrook on my fantasy football team. According to the news, Westbrook will play this week. Also, I read that Gore was named NFC offensive player of the week for his performance last week. What should I do & why???

Chad has been a disappointment so far this year, and he is playing the 7th ranked defense against the pass. Reggie is stepping in for an injured Donte Stallworth, making him the number one in Philly. Reggie plays against a poor New Orleans pass defense, and he has the league's top quarterback throwing to him.

So, the facts tell me to lean towards Reggie, but Chad could start lighting it up at any time.

I've been offered Reuben Droughns for Corey Dillon in a trade? What do you think of this deal? I worry about Droughns' shoulder and the fact that he plays for the Browns, but I also worry about Dillon's age and the split of carries with Maroney. Which back has the better upside? I've also got Steven Jackson, Warrick Dunn and Jamal Lewis on my team, so I'd only count on Reuben for a flex spot in my league.

We don't use TE's as a must play, so we use them as WR's/Flex...my choice is Algae Crumpler at home vs. Giants, or Rod Smith at home vs. Raiders. Online gurus are saying Crumpler is set to have a breakout game with Vick against the Giants..but the raiders are horrible, especially on the road. Thoughts?
