Chad has been a disappointment so far this year, and he is playing the 7th ranked defense against the pass. Reggie is stepping in for an injured Donte Stallworth, making him the number one in Philly. Reggie plays against a poor New Orleans pass defense, and he has the league's top quarterback throwing to him.
So, the facts tell me to lean towards Reggie, but Chad could start lighting it up at any time.
