I used to love hearing my brother recite "The Cremation of Sam McGhee," but my all-time favorite is "Always Saying No," by Edgar Guest. If you're not familiar, allow me to recite as much as I can remember of it:

Folks are queer as they can be / always saying Don't! to me.
Don't do this and don't do that, / don't annoy or tease the cat.
Don't throw stones or climb the tree. / Don't do anything at all. Gee.
Seems like when I want to play, / Don't! is all that they can say.

I have seen many irish kilts worn by americans and it is ridiculous. Dont americans know the irish do not and never wore kilts as it is a completely scottish form of dress.
irish tartans arent targeted at irish people they are targeted soley for americans.

It seems that other countries blame us for most everything, but we are always there to help when they need us. I know the war in Iraq has not made us any friends, but people have hated us way before that. I would like to hear what you think. Thanks.

High school was the worst time of my life, and I didn't graduate, so I don't get invitations to reunions. Although I'm now living in my hometown again, I wouldn't know one of my classmates if I were to run into him or her on the street.

My sister goes to reunions and says occasionally someone will ask about me, but basically it's a closed chapter. There is only one person I miss, and we stayed close until I moved away.

I was looking up the CIA for another answer, and I saw the career page a diversity page. There I found mention of the Agency Network for Gay and Lesbian Employees (ANGLE). Here's the site, if you need confirmation: https://www.cia.gov/careers/diversity/cia-diversity-initiatives/affinity-groups.html

If we can allow gay people into the intelligence branch of government, where loyalty and competence are the primary requirements, how can we possibly justify not allowing gay folks to openly serve in the military?
