Yes. Your muscles get tight, no blood flowing thru, so everything starts to hurt.

Get up out of the chair, turn your shoulders around, rotate your head one way, then the next, move your arms around. Get the blood flowing again.

Make sure your computer screen is the same height as when you look on your screen. I personally put my screen (monitor) on a box so that my neck is not bending down. I had many problems with my neck and shoulders being very sore and this helped tremendously.

I don't need to be on the computer for my neck and shoulders to hurt! I hurt all over all of the time.

Actually, sitting in my office chair doesn't bother me as much as sitting in the recliner in the living room. Sometimes my right hand and arm will get a little stiff when I play computer games for more than a few minutes, but otherwise, no.

TRY DRINKING APPLE CIDER VINEGAR... To maximize the benefits of apple cider vinegar, a general dosage of one teaspoon is usually recommended stirred into a 6 or 8 oz. glass of water. Most people cannot drink even this level of dilution of apple cider vinegar and usually add a tablespoon of honey, preferably organic. This dosage can be repeated at each meal, but most find this difficult. Many people find it much more palatable to pour some over their favorite salad. Vinegar helps: * Clear your sinusitis Stop hair loss * Remove toxins from your body Stop a leaky nose * Prevent mild food poisoning Relieve your joint pains * Rid your constipation Combat fungal and bacterial infections * Prevent indigestion Lower your cholesterol * Lower your blood pressure Prevent obesity, lose weight * Lower incidents of weak bones Relieve arthritis I am drinking it regularly, and all my joint pain gone...... go search " APPLE CIDER VINEGAR" you will be very surprise of how effective it works wonder....
