All day today ive been getting a dull ache in my lower tummy and feeling as if i need to poo is this the start of labour ?!?!?

Is this normal? I don't have insurance yet, but I will have it after I get married in 3 weeks. I tried to get an appointment at the local health department but they told me ten weeks. Is it ok that I'm not seeing a doctor yet?

I'm a little worried I'm pregnant, but I'm expecting my period anyday now. It hasn't come yet. The only "symptoms" I've had are some slight cramping and bloating. They feel like period symptoms, but I don't usually have symptoms at all when its time for my period which is why I'm a little concerned. What do you guys think? I'm going to take a test soon, but I only have one, and I don't want to waste it if it's too early to get an accurate result.

Im currently 33 weeks and my OBGYN is being very rude. I called in to see if it was ok to drink slim fast when pregnant (in addition to my 3 meals a day...i want it as an afternoon snack) #1 cuz for some reason im craving it(i normally hate it) and # 2 to help get more nutrition into my body......my prenatals arent enough :(
The nurse called back and was TOTALLY RUDE. She was yelling at me for wanting to take a weight loss supplement and said no its not ok to drink and said she didnt even ask the doctor about it.
Is there anything i can do about her behavoir? She made me feel horrible !! and its not like i can switch doctors at 33 weeks??? I dont want to have to deal with them being rude while im in labor!

i have not smoked since i found out i was pregnant until last week. i only took 3 or 4 hits. i know it wont be in my system when i deliver, but im worried it will be in my baby's system and he will get taken. i feel so horrible, it was wrong i know, but i am so worried i need help!

I am 24 weeks pregnant I work as a CNA with old people and I just can't do it anymore it kills me to lift someone I work 45 hours a week on my feet constantly when I get home my feet are swollen so badly and I cry b/c I hurt so bad in my abdomen and stomach and mostly back I have chrons disease and had surgery over a year ago to take out some of my intestines so that don't help it very much. I want to go on maternity leave b/c my work doesn't believe in light duty for pregnant women I'm afraid to ask my doc that he will say no I just want to tell him that he HAS to take me out what should I do??? I will get paid for all the time I am out plus 8 weeks after she is born?

I went in today for my 16 week check up and lost 2 pounds. Pre-pregnancy I was 120. I dropped 11 pounds in my first trimester. Now in my second so far I have lost an additonal 2 pounds. I now weigh 107. My morning sickness has been so bad I have been vomiting about seven times a day. My doctor told me not to worry but I can not even keep down water. Anyone had this problem? What did you do to gain weight? Thanks so much!

Ok yesterday i thought my waters broke. I went to the hospital, and it was discharge an my musas plug. So how long is it usually untill you have the baby?? i didnt notice loosing mine with my son..

got a call from the dr office today saying I needed to come in for a follow up ultrasound in a few weeks. They also said her nuchal fold was slightly larger than normal in a previous ultrasound but that all other test were normal so I probably shouldnt worry. Why would they need to do another ultrasound so soon? She said everything was fine but I'm so worried.

A couple of months ago I found out I was pregnant with our second child. I was between 6-8 weeks when I started spotting and with in days ended up miscarrying. The doctor ruled it a blighted ovum and said there is low risk of this happening again. I am emotionally devastated and so confused. I feel in a way that it was all pretend and that I'm making it all up. It's just so surreal. I was not very far along, but in my mind, that was still my child that I was carrying. My family and husband are supportive but don't feel it was that big of a loss because I was not far along. Yes, I understand that there was no fetus developing and I was not 6 months along- but still, I feel the same as if I lost the pregnancy at 8 months. Has anyone experience this? Am I overreacting? Do you ever really recover emotionally from a miscarriage?

I was on the pill till nov/06, then I had my last period on 12/1 /06, I am not regular on my periods, so I dont know when I ovulate. I start feeling cramping that come and goes on january , my breast are so tender, that I cant even touch them, I feel nausea once in a while, through out the day, I finally took a preg test a t home and was positive, but the lines were too light, I made an apointment at the docs office and they assume I was pregnant, and just did a regular preg woman check up. I went 4 days later for an ultra sound and they say they couldnt see anything but a lil dot on the screen, they pull blood again to measure hormon levels, but I havent heard from my doc in 2 days I m starting to wonder If I was never pregnant...please help ,all my family thinks Iam now.

I have not missed my period yet it is do friday, but i am having other signs, like when i smell, eat something or even brush my teeth it makes me feel like i want to throw up and sometimes i do, i stay hott all the time all i want to do is eat, and my belly is all was hurting like at the very bottom. What do you all think?

does anyone know if it will cause me to become infertile or cause it to be really hard to become pregnant.. i am still having normal periods and the doc said its not cancer yet it just could become that way.. any advice please?????

I have had a pain in the lower left side of my adbomen for the whole day. It isn't horrible enough to make me nervous and call the doctor, but it is slightly painful and am sort of wondering if some women may experience this either when the baby is dropping, or if you're dilating, or if maybe it could be early labor? No other signs of labor other than this, let me know!
