I had an appointment to have an IUD put in but hadn't gotten my period yet so they sent me for a blood pregnancy test, which came up negative. They rescheduled my appointment for a week later and I still hadn't gotten my period. so they did a urine test an dthat came up negative. I have had the IUD in for 3 days now and had alot of cramping, back ache, headache and I'm nautious. So I took a home pregnancy test and it is positive. Has this ever happened before?

I just read that "children and women of reproductive age, especially pregnant women," should not take in more than 300 milligrams of caffeine per day.
That got me thinking it may have something to do with fertility, but I could be wrong. Does anyone know all of the nasty side effects of excessive caffeine?

I have been planning a weekend getaway and of course I will be on my period (go figure). So my question is is there any way to skip it or delay it?Just this month. I am on the pill and I've heard if you just start a new pack that you can skip your period????Please tell me.this is not what I was counting on...Thanks

i have been on the depo shot for alittle over 6 months now i havnt had a period since my first shot and i havnt had any spotting,, but today i have had cramps(not reall intense) and some spotting, is this normal or should i be concerned?? i have been under alot of stress with both my kids being sick ,,

Bench Press: 40lbs 10 times
Squats: 45lbs 10times
Dumb bell lateral pulls: 10lb each arm 10 times
D.B. Frontal : 15lb each arm 10times

Leg Press: 150lbs 50times (Strong on legs I guess but otherwise i'm weak.)

((I've been weight lifting everyday for 20minutes-1hour for the past 3months now)

i have not had a real period meaning red and a little heavy in over a year however i do get a good amount of brown/pink spotting almost every month. could that be my period???when i get the spotting i do not have sore breasts, i do get cramps sometimes and usually when i start my period my breasts get very sore i am not on birth conrtol pills i was on birth control befor but only for 3 days....my periods got bad when i got married last year that was also around the time when i tried the birth control for 3 days...anyways if this is my period is it possible im not ovlating and thats why they are soo light, or can i still be ovulating and just having a very very light period...

I don't understand it! Some of my friends do without condoms and just use their birth control, and some others talk about how you can still get pregnant with birth control. Is it safe enough to have sex without a condom while on birth control?
