I can use another account and get into the yahoo pyramids games with no problem. But when I try to use this name I get "error logging into server" but I can get into any other game with no problem the only game I can not log into under this name is pyramids, please help as I play pyramids ALOT and belong to a league in this room and would like to get back in the room under my league name

I have played yahoo on this new account and another one as well, have cleared the cache according to your directions, all I get on the screen now when trying to log into a room is a white screen and i can see my name in a room but it wont pop up when i tried on several occasions, it banned me from playing and i dont know why, could you please tell me why?
