Price is all about suply and demand. A collector that is really desperate to get this card will pay a lot more then a kid that just thinks it looks cool.
Best way to get a fair price for this would be to go to a specialised game shop, or go to a convention where a lot of pokemon fans gather.

That depends on the rarity and availabily. That is, when did you get the card? Is it rare or uncommon or common or a rare holo?
